By creating an account or using Mogify (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Mogify.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mogify. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to create an account, and we will delete accounts we learn belong to children under 13.
Mogify is an AI-powered coaching tool that gives encouraging, judgment-free suggestions for skincare, hair, fitness, style and posture based on the information and photos you provide. Mogify never assigns numeric attractiveness scores and never body-shames.
Mogify provides general wellness and self-care suggestions only. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, dermatologist, dietitian, trainer, or other professional. Always consult a professional before starting any new fitness, nutrition, skincare, or posture routine, and stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort. You use any suggestion at your own risk.
You are responsible for the photos, answers, and other content you submit. You confirm you have the right to upload any photo you share and that it depicts you. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or any illegal, explicit, or harmful content. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your photos and data.
Mogify may offer paid plans (such as Mogify PRO) billed on a recurring basis. Prices, features, and billing intervals are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Stripe); we do not store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse-engineer it, scraping data, uploading harmful code, harassing others, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for you. Use your own judgment. We do not guarantee any particular result or outcome.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mogify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
