This Privacy Policy explains what information Mogify collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We designed Mogify to be safe and respectful, including for users as young as 13.
2. Information we collect
Account info: your name, email address, and date of birth (used to confirm you are 13 or older).
Selfies & photos: images you upload so our AI can give personalized suggestions. These are analyzed to describe visible features (such as skin or hair characteristics). We treat facial images as sensitive information.
Questionnaire answers: your goals and preferences for skincare, hair, fitness, style and posture.
Progress data: routine completions, streaks, and progress photos you choose to add.
Payment info: if you subscribe, our payment processor (e.g. Stripe) handles your card details. We receive limited billing information but not your full card number.
3. Biometric-type information
Your selfies may be considered biometric or sensitive personal information under some laws. We use them only to generate your personalized suggestions and to power features you request (such as then-and-now progress comparisons). We do not use your photos for facial recognition to identify you, and we do not sell them. Where required by law, we rely on your consent, which you give during onboarding and can withdraw by deleting your photos or account.

To process your uploads with AI to generate suggestions.
To track your progress and improve your experience.
To process subscriptions and payments.
To keep the Service secure and comply with the law.
5. AI processing
We use AI services to analyze your photos and answers and to power the coaching chat. Your content may be sent to trusted AI providers solely to generate your results. We do not permit these providers to use your data to train their models where we can control this setting.
6. How we share information
We share data only with service providers that help us run Mogify — such as cloud hosting, database, AI, and payment processors — under agreements that protect your information. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect people's safety.
7. Data retention & deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your progress photos at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. We will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal reasons.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, download, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email privacy@mogify.app.
9. Children's privacy
Mogify is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian of a teen using Mogify, you may contact us about their data.
10. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect your information. Photos are stored privately and are only accessible to you and the systems that generate your results. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes within the app or by email.
